Anchorage
I thought a while about whether I would make an Anchorage gallery available or not. The city has actually not the enormous number of motives for photos, but rather lives from its very unamerican flair.
And therefore I tried to present the atmosphere of the city. With buildings, flowers, animals and people.
1. Market
Downtown Anchorage is dominated by a large market and many shops
2. Visitor Center
You can't miss the little Visitor Center with the beautiful straw roof
3. Huskie
Dogs, specially huskies, play a large role in Alaska for a long time. Here is a
particularly beautiful example
4. Salmon
The salmon is very common in Alaska. But (thank god) not always in this form :-)
5.-7. Buildings
Anchorage with its 270,000 inhabitants is a very untypical american city. The only
multistoried building is the Hilton hotel
